New Puzzle and A Real Prize!

Here's the deal: first person to post the correct solution wins two Kaliks (please let us know Light, Regular or Gold) shipped anywhere in the world via UPS from Marsh Harbour.

I need help on 14, 15 and 20 across; 1 & 3 down. Other than being stumped on these, I got the others.

14 Across: Common acronym for a Bahamian government department who's Chairman was recently forced to resign

15 Across: Starts with the letter "a"

20 Across: Think "Wrigley's Spearmint ..."

1 Down: A beautiful tree who's leaves are all unique

3 Down: Cube root of 125 plus "fingers"

Still can't complete it. 1 down still has me baffled and think I have half of 9 down. As I'm not an arborist, some of the clues were a tad diffcult! As someone may be able get all the answers correct, I'll hold fire with mine for another few days...

Hi Everyone,

Here's the solution. We're wondering if we are being a bit too esoteric with the clues...we can always tone it down a bit.

Anyway, since nobody got it right, we will make a donation of US$50 to ECC which is about what it would have cost to send the Kaliks
