Hey Chuck I should be eating all I can tonight but I'm nervous about having my wisdom teeth fracked out tomorrow ... what, at 50 years old?
I do need a dose of souse though ... from what I hear it's not really thickened like southern US gravy but is just water, onion, sours, spices, a few potatoes, a bird pepper, and some meat, whatever hits the cook right that day! ;)
Anyway, gravy is anything that tastes so good you have to mop it all up. I'm like Willy Nelson, "I like gravy." -Sam
