Fishing Lic. Proposal

Just heard that the Bahamian Gov is proposing a $100 Lic fee to wade and fish. Anyone have any info ? I use a guide and good frined when I fish Abaco, and after a day on the flats, and few beers, enjoy doing a little wading, tide permitting. Any info welcome.
