Lofty Fig info request

I believe that the Lofty Fig Villas were for sale the last time we were in Marsh Harbour, but does anyone know if they are still operating? I have tried emailing twice with no reply.
We need to stay 1 night in May in Marsh Harbour prior to flying out the next morning on a morning flight.
The Conch Inn is also an option, but I thought I would try TLF first.

We stayed there late October when we discovered late ferry to Guana was not operating. Still very nice and proprietor was great! Enjoy!;)
