Finally received deed to property!

After waiting for over 3 years, we finally received the official original deed to our property on Guana!!! I know there have been previous threads about his (maybe on the "other" board), but anyone who is waiting, waiting, waiting, just wanted to let you know.

You must have friends in "high places", took us about 4 years! During that time we tried to pay our taxes, but they would not take our money because the property wasn't Registered.

No worries....

No friends in high places, that's for sure. I did politely "badger" our attorneys on a regular basis. :D Don't think that helped. Maybe they're getting caught up??

Recently sold our property on Guana, Pointe of View, that we closed on 12/21/03 and have yet to see a deed from Nassau!!:rolleyes:

We closed 4/04, so that was 4 months later than you, Jerry.
I guess we got lucky. Glad to have that document in hand, I will tell you that!
