Starting to crave Conch Salad

Less then a month to do, and i am already craving it. Last year i did not get nearly as much as i would have like, so i need some help locating placed to buy it.
We arrive on a friday (afternoon) , can i assume that the gentlemen on the boardwalk will be there? What times and days is he usually there?

this on is for Pat W - where and when on Guana can i buy salad, is it something i have to pre-order. We generally make it over once or twice by Kayak, never on Sunday (only on days the grocery store is open)

Wow, haven't seen anyone selling Conch Salad lately but if anyone might have it, it would be Love's Kitchen, right past the Art Cafe . She sells it in the summer but not sure whether its available now. Sometimes Milo has it too.

I made it to Guana wednesday when the wind finally stopped. I asked Milo if he had any conch salad and he replied no, but he did sell me five little lobster tails for $23. That was by far the best and easiest purchasing decision of the trip.:rolleyes:
