My guess would be that it is AOL's fault again. Some versions of AOL do block any access to a JAVA application of any sort, but it can be fixed! I have quite a few users of AOL who visit my Outer Banks Chat room and it works fine. I found this link on the JAVA site which might be worth reading.

Kimmy, I am now on IE......still can't get in. I get to the page where it asks for a name, type it in, and up comes a green page titled Para chat and it has a little tiny box with an x in the upper left-hand corner.....well hell.....I tried......ken

When are you normally in your chat room? Maybe if you set up a general time, it would help. I've gone in several times but no one there, and left a post.
