Has anyone stayed at Winding Bay? How are they doing? You never really hear anything about them.

To the best of my knowledge, which is not very much, Winding Bay is a privately owned development.. If anyone has any info on rentals please pass it on.

We were taken on a tour in March. It is beautifulllllll! But quite expensive. What a gorgeous, gorgeous place!

You never really hear anything about them.

Which I am sure they are glad for considering the attention another smaller private development of land is getting.

Winding Bay has yet to be built, and I don't believe that the proposed lots are selling too well with all the opposition from locals, and the world-wide scientific community.
The work on the proposed project has been stopped by The Privy Council in England until many legal / environmental issues are resolved.

Sorry CR, Winding Bay has indeed been built, you are refering to the DLC project at Bakers Bay on Guana Cay.

I know Winding Bay has been built - I see it all the time.
I am so used to questions about "the other place" that I did not read properly.
Winding Bay is truly a beautiful place - and it is in the best neighborhood.
