Lost Horizons

It is another "Sea of Glas" day here. In the Fl Keys we used to call them Lost Horizons-when you could not see where the ocean ended and the sky began. But then sometimes those days were caused by the Tiki Bars like Holiday aisle, Coconuts and the Lorilei-anyone here ever been to any of those?

BEC has been Bad Power off 8 1/2 hours yesterday. On only 3 hours last night-off now!! But let's concentrate on the GOOD--The PICS
1) Lost Horizons
2) A pond in orchid bay-This may become a marina in the future
3) if you stare at this in person long enough it becomes nipper-notic--oops meant hypnotic
4) All the fish today seem to be headed towards nippers!
5) Squid--what do call a group-I know it's not a "school"?
6) Just tooo relaxed!!
7) comin back thru the jungle from our "secret" snorkle spot

Nice photos again. Thanks for keeping these coming. While I like em all, the squid are very cool because you don't see them that often. Occasionally yes but not always. They change colors, have large eyes and seem more intelligent than a fish, ray or lobster. Neat stuff. I have no idea what you call a group of em.

Olympic Stylus Tough 8010-great camera used it for all pics i've posted. Exactly the size of a regular pack of cancer sticks. Good lens only draw back it is silvery shiny-probably a good target for a cuda!

Ron, do you have power now? Our's went off at 5:50 pm and is still off.

Ours went off about the same time. No power now. Since midnight we have had power for about 9 hrs 12hrs without. And that newspaper article on Tuesday said we would have power restored today? What a bunch of "shaving cream" (barefootman-speak)

Found it! Groups of squid are called "shoals"
